12 Days of Happiness

1. Productivity

I wrote a lot today (mostly fanfiction, but still) and I got quite some things done for uni. Of course, I still have a very long To Do list, but it's slowly getting shorter... though I also started listing all the things I'm going to need to bring to London next week, but that's different. Packing is fun. I'm already so excited for it, and listening to Wicked songs, as well as making a packing list, only makes me more excited for it. I can't wait!

2. Walk

Mum asked if I wanted to come along on a walk with the neighbour's dog today - or not really a walk, actually; we cycled with the dog running beside us, and then we stopped at this small castle we have a kilometre or so away to play with the dog a little. It was nice - a way of clearing my head between all the reading and studying. That dog has boundless energy, so we just kept throwing sticks and tennis balls and it kept on running after them, even though it was panting like it has just ran a marathon, haha. We got caught by the rain, too, but it didn't matter. It was good to be out for a while.

3. Books

I love books. I have this list of books I want to buy at Foyles in London, and another list of books I already own but still have to read, and both lists cannot be long enough. I also have this habit of reading more than one book at the same time, simply because sometimes I want to read something dark and fantasy-ish, sometimes I'm more in the mood for romance, and at other times I want to read something else entirely. I'm currently reading three at the same time - A Storm of Swords by George R. R. Martin (book 3 of A Song of Ice and Fire), Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen, and A Million Suns by Beth Revis (book 2 of the Across the Universe trilogy).

Tomorrow is mostly going to be another study day, but Sunday I'll be watching Wicked with two friends - yay! And right now, at this very moment in exactly a week, I will be on the night bus to London! :D
